Occupancy limited to property owner, their
immediate family and a maximum of 3 guests.

A member must accompany all guests at
all times.

No
one under the age of 12 will be allowed in the pool without an adult
(18 or older).

Members are responsible for informing all guests of the rules and
also responsible for the actions of their guests.

In
the event lightening is seen or thunder heard, the pool and the pool
area should be evacuated immediately. Do not return to
the pool area until at least 30 minutes after lightening or thunder
has stopped.

The
pool MAY NOT be reserved for exclusive use by any member.

Members must use the GATE CODE for entry. Others will be considered
trespassing and reported to the Police.

Anyone seen climbing the fence
will be subject to trespassing
charges.

Children who are not potty trained are NOT allowed in the
pool unless they're wearing disposable swim pants. Body waste presents a serious health
hazard and requires the pool be closed and sterilized.
